Arrangement has key input device with vertical adjustment button and horizontal adjustment button for selecting and adjusting function regulation targets, and menu generation device which enables vertical and horizontal display of respective level adjustment directions of function regulation targets. Regulation device (22) enables, shifted direction of vertical or horizontal button, level adjustment direction indication for each function regulation target, and vertical or horizontal direction and position on screen to correspond to each other. An Independent claim is provided for a corresponding level adjustment method.
