The arrangement has a reservoir container (1) for accommodating the product and rotary disc (2) in the floor of the reservoir container with a rotatable core (3) with a 3-way throughway, a dosing device and fill nozzle. There is a high pressure connection (10,11) for cleaning liquid on the reservoir container and/or on the rotary disc and the core is rotatable through 180 degrees. An Independent claim is also included for a method of cleaning an arrangement for portioned filling of flowing product.
