PURPOSE: A device for alarming an emergency is provided to protect a passenger and a driver from an accident by alarming the accident and not to cause an unnecessary noise when the process of the accident is completed. CONSTITUTION: A device for warning an emergency is comprised of a shock sensor(10), a start key sensor(20), a control unit(30) and a display unit(40). Herein, the shock sensor senses a shock generated in the accident of the vehicle, and the start key sensor senses whether a start key is inserted. In addition, the display indicates an alarming sound or an alarming signal and has a horn(43) operated in a period of a certain time by an emergent light(41) and a relay(42) so as to indicate the warning sound or signal, and the control unit drives the indicator based on the sensing signal of the shock and the start key sensor only when all the signals are input.
