<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a deformation caused by a linear expansion difference of parts of a laminate and to prevent a decrease in a generating function by dividing an electric insulation plate having a linear expansion coefficient near to that of a solar cell into a plurality aligned in a given direction, and dividing a heat collecting plate into a plurality aligned in a direction perpendicular to a dividing direction of the insulation plate. SOLUTION: A plate-like insulation plate 4 having electric insulation is interposed between a generator system 2 and a heat collector system 3. The system 2 has a plurality of solar cells 5 aligned on a flat surface. The cells 5 are embedded in an adhesive resin layer 6 having light transmission properties. The plate 4 is brought into close contact with a rear surface side of the cell 5 through the layer 6, and constituted of a material having a linear expansion coefficient near to that of the cell 5. The plate 4 is divided into a plurality of insulation plate constituting parts 4a aligned in a predetermined direction, and solar cell strings 5a are arranged along the parts 4a. A heat collecting plate 9 of the system 3 is divided into a plurality of heat colleting plate constituting parts 9a aligned in a direction substantially perpendicular to the dividing direction of the plate 4.</p> |
