<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make usable a desktop personal computer as the top plate of a desk, too, and also to make effectively usable the space on the desk by forming the plane of the computer in the form of a flat thin plate and providing a device main body housing various components, a displaying part separated from the device main body and a holding means which connects the device main body with the displaying part and holds the displaying part at an optional position. SOLUTION: The device main body 11 is formed in a thin plate-shaped box type made of a surface shape and a size which are equal to the top plate of a generally used desk for a clerical work. The body 11 houses various components constituting a desktop personal computer 10, such as an arithmetic processing part of the computer 10, a file device or the like of an FDD/HDD, etc., a power supply part and an information input device other than a displaying part 12. The liquid crystal display displaying part 12 is attached to a stand 13. The stand 13 is attached while one end is attached to the body 11 and the other end is attached to the part 12 in a respectively and freely turnable way, and the body 11 and the part 12 are connected.</p> |
