PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of dust leakage by gripping a ceramic pipe through a cushioning material consisting of a plurality of ring-shaped heat-proof mats having the uniform outer diameter and inner diameter in use, and flat metallic rings mounted between the axial ends of the mats, between an outer peripheral part of the ceramic pipe and a cylindrical metallic member. SOLUTION: A plurality of ring-shaped heat-proof mats 2a, 2b, 2c having the uniform outer diameter and inner diameter in use are placed between a ceramic pipe 1 and a cylindrical metallic member 6. The flat metallic rings 3, 4 are placed among the axial end surfaces of the ring-shaped heat-proof mats 2a, 2b, 2c. By applying this construction, the spread of damage can be prevented even when the ring-shaped heat-proof mats 2a, 2b, 2c are partially fractured, while keeping the characteristic that the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the cylindrical metallic member 6 and the ceramic pipe 1 is absorbed, and the influence onto a part free from damage can be reduced. The generation of dust leakage can be prevented. |
