<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inconspicuously cancel the state of regulating access operation to an internal file with operation hardly inducing a mischief without using a key switch or the like which is managed complicatedly. SOLUTION: At ordinary time, the operation of access to the internal file of a file storage device 23 through an internal access means 32 is regulated and, when a specified operation detecting means 35 detects specified regions, which are not recognized as the operation object spot of a switch panel on the screen of a display device 21, in such a state, the measurement of time is started by a time measuring means 36. When an input key for inputting a code for cancel is displayed by a code input means 37 and the prescribed code for cancel is inputted by operating an input key within prescribed time, a regulation cancel means 39 cancels the regulation due to an internal access regulating means 33 so that the operation of access to the internal file can be performed.</p> |
