摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat exchanger in which copper or iron having high thermal conductivity can be employed in heating tubes by arranging rods or tubes, made of a baser metal than the heating tube group and the heating tubes and acting as a sacrifice anode, tightly in grid shape thereby preventing the heating tubes from being corroded with condensate. SOLUTION: Heating tubes 11 made of copper and metal rods 12 made of magnesium serving as a sacrifice anode are meshed in grid shape in a heat exchanger 10. Since the metal rods 12 are baser than the heating tubes 11, the metal rods 12 themselves act as an anode and consume through electrochemical reaction to protect the heating tubes 11 against corrosion. When heat receiving fluid W is fed into the heating tubes 11 through a header 14, supply side gas F produces turbulence when it passes through the grid-like part thus imparting heat well to the heating tubes 11. Furthermore, heat transfer area can be increased by bringing the heating tubes 11 into corrugate contact with the metal rods 12.</p>
