Used paper is disaggregated, and pulp slurry is formed. Resin free of formaldehyde, and flocculant are subsequently added to the slurry. Flocculation of resin is carried out on the surface of pulp and dried. The slurry is filtered using dehydration press (4), and water contained in the cake is removed by pressing.
