PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable individuals to have smooth, secure, and safe mutual dealings after an auction ends by using computers. SOLUTION: A mediator is provided which mediates dealings after auction between a seller and a buyer and information needed for dealings is inputted from both the seller and buyer to a computer of the mediator connected to a communication network; and an article is conveyed and dealing money is paid and received between the seller and buyer under the responsibility of the mediator according to the information. If the article delivered to the buyer is different from buyer's image, a repayment request is acceptable within a certain period, the buyer returns the article to the seller, the money having been paid is returned to the buyer. |
