<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft for golf clubs which has excellent durability and is free of variations in weight balance. SOLUTION: The shaft for golf clubs relating to claim 1 is characterized in that a cylindrical shaft body formed of a carbon fiber reinforced resin is provided with a weight balance regulating layer consisting of a glass fiber reinforced resin containing metallic powder. The invention relating to claim 2 is characterized in that the weight balance regulating layer of the shaft for gold clubs as stated in claim 1 is molded shorter in the longitudinal direction of the shaft body than the shaft body and the invention relating to claim 3 is characterized in that the shaft for golf clubs as stated in claim 1 or craim 2 is provided with the weight balance regulating layer on the inner periphery of the shaft body.</p> |
