PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rope skipping exercise device capable of making a user exercise with a feeling close to actual rope skipping exercise without using a rope. SOLUTION: The operation of the wrist at the time of the rope skipping exercise operation of the user is detected by a wrist operation detection part and a jumping operation at the time of the rope skipping exercise operation of the user is detected by a jumping operation detection part. The rope skipping exercise operation of the user is judged by a rope skipping operation judgment part based on information detected by the wrist operation detection part and the jumping operation detection part. A judged result is reported to the exercising user through vision, hearing and touch such as light, sound, voice, character information, video images and stimulation to a human body by a reporting part.
