The invention concerns an electrode-membrane assembly and a method for making such assemblies for a membrane electrode assembly fuel cell. The electrodes used in the electrode membrane assembly contain proton conductors inserted in and on their active layer. Said assemblies are characterised by the use of two different proton conductors, the proton conductor present on the layer being advantageously of the same type as the one constituting the membrane. |
