PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply desired bias voltage without fail on the surface of a layer thickness regulating roller in an image forming device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a photoreceptor belt 1 on which an electrostatic latent image is formed, a developing roller 15 for developing the electrostatic latent image formed on the belt 1 by using toner, a toner supply roller 14 for supplying the toner to the roller 15, the layer thickness regulating roller 16 for regulating toner layer thickness of the roller 15, a scraper 17 attached in contact with the roller 16 and for scraping the toner adhering to the roller 16, a 1st bias power source 18 electrically connected to the scraper 17 and applying specified bias voltage to the roller 16 through the scraper 17, and a 2nd bias power source 19 for applying bias voltage at a different level from that applied to the roller 16 to the roller 15. |
