The bank of tubes is enclosed in housing 4 fed to which from the bottom is the cooling medium (air). Lower chamber 3 is provided with a drainage in the form of pipe connection 5, whose inlet is positioned above the outlets of the lower row of tubes of bank 1. Flooding of the outlets of the lower tubes of bank 1 results in reduction of temperature fluctuations on the tube walls. EFFECT: enhanced operate reliability of the heat exchanger. 1 dwg
