PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow both of a dealer and a purchase to surely grasp a current condition of commercial transaction sequentially. SOLUTION: An order management database 9f stores a work condition about a commodity ordered by the purchase while allowing its update. An update detection part 91 in a database management part 9 detects update of the work condition stored in the order management database 9f. A transmission mail forming part 72 in a mail management part 7 forms an electronic mail for informing the updated work condition to the dealer and/or the purchase according to the updating step when the update detection part 91 detects update of the work condition.
