PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience when article information relating to an article transacted in a shop is provided. SOLUTION: A keyword extraction part 131 of an article information linking part 13 extracts a keyword from an article information DB 12 to be stored in a keyword control DB 132. When plural records containing the same keyword exist in the keyword control DB 132, a ralated article display processing part 135 generates an article name list L1 of a html file containing all the article names as the fellow articles are related each other. A WWW server 11 transmits the article name list L1 to a WWW browser 2 of a user to be displayed.
