PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing direct selling and buying of a immovable estate between a seller and a purchaser, and capable of receiving necessary support of a realtor at low charge without anxiety, and to provide the system for providing properly object information of the immovable estate in the selling and buying of the immovable estate, for supporting the purchase of the immovable estate, and for promoting a transaction. SOLUTION: The purpose hereinbefore is solved by constituting on the Internet the system for supporting the selling and buying of the immovable estate provided with a means for receiving the object information from plural transmitters, a means for registering (storing) the object information and transmitter information of the transmitters while adding object number information, a retrieving means for retrieving the desired object information out of the plural pieces of object informations, and a means for transmitting a retrieved result retrieved by the retrieving means. |
