PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct netlike finance intermediation wherein a debtor side discloses own information to a creditor side and wherein the creditor side having an intention for giving a loan is selected to get the loan. SOLUTION: The debtor side 5 discloses balance sheet information, profit and loss and the like of own enterprise on a Web server 9. A condition for getting a loan is transmitted to an assigned financial agency. The agency transmits a loan-giving condition. When the condition of the debtor side 5 is consistent with the condition of the creditor side 7, negotiation is started to attain the purpose. When the debtor side 5 discloses a financial data, the profit and loss data and the like of the own enterprise and when two or more of the creditors 7 exist for example, the loan is got by the selection of the debtor side 5. |
