PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition intended to prevent excessive intake of common salt and well-balanced in view of preserving human health in terms of nutrition. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 0.4-1wt.% of a salty composition prepared by incorporating (l) 100 pts.wt. of a mixture of 80-30wt.% of sodium chloride and 20-70wt.% of potassium chloride with (2) 0.2-1 pts.wt. of calcium chloride and/or magnesium chloride, (B) 0.1-0.5wt.% of citric acid, (C) 0.1-5wt.% of trisodium citrate, (D) 5-10wt.% of polydextrose, and (E) 83.5-88.7wt.% of concentrated carrot juice. |
