The anatomical pillow (1), moulded from foam material with a flat rectangular base, has a central zone (2) for supporting the head and neck in supine position and two raised side zones (3, 3') for supporting the head and neck when lying on the side. Each of the zones (2, 3) has a convex curved portion for supporting the cervical vertebrae, and a flat portion for the head, with the radius of curvature of the central convex portion different to that of the side portions.
