The universal data acquisition and forwarding system has two universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter (UART) that transmit and receive data on serial ports (2-4), make bytes into serial bits for transmission and vice versa, and generate and remove the aggregates of start and stop bits in the data frames. An antenna (21) transmits/receives GSM/GPRS data. A series of indicator lights (16-20) is provided for each of the ports, feeding and antenna to indicate the status of ports and antenna.
