DEVICE FOR UNIFORMLY PREHEATING REFRACTORY MATERIAL OF MAIN IRON TROUGH IN WHICH MULTISTAGE COMBUSTION FUNCTION IS EMBEDDED

PURPOSE: A device for uniformly preheating refractory material of main iron trough is provided to improve life cycle of the slip casting castable by uniformly preheating slip casting castable of the main iron trough and reduce fuel cost and suppress generation of carbon monoxide by enabling complete combustion through multistage combustion. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a hollow central first combustion air nozzle(16) for lengthening flame by injecting central first combustion air into a crater at high speed; a fuel nozzle for evenly mixing the fuel with the combustion air by injecting some of fuel straightly and injecting some of the fuel in a whirlpool shape; second combustion air nozzle(31) for injecting second combustion air and functioning as second combustion can; third combustion air nozzle(38) for injecting third combustion air; a whirlpool shaped swirler(40) for evenly mixing unburnt fuel with the third combustion air; second and third combustion air distribution plate(27) for guiding distribution of the second combustion air and the third combustion air; second and third combustion air adjusting damper(44) for distributing the second combustion air and the third combustion air in a proper ratio; a resting plate on a proper part of which a burner is rested; and monolithic refractory material(50) for insulation of an exposed part of the refractory material.
