PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To model a potential constituting method for reflecting a net interaction between residues in comparison with an absolute value potential -log f abk(R) and a net potential -log f abk(R)/fk(R), and precisely calculate a probability likelihood between an sequence S and a structure C when a correlation between the tertiary structure and the sequence of a protein is statistically analyzed. SOLUTION: The potential constituting method comprises reference to glycin and an average force field potential of the glycin as a data bank for constituting an average force field potential between the other residues.
