An improved structure of a fruit and vegetable processor is disclosed. The bottom section of one side of the circumferential edge of the cup body (5) of the processor has a protruded passage (7) which is in communication with the interior of the cup body (5). The passage (7) is mounted with a filtering tube (71) with filter (73) so that the juice from the crushing of fruit and vegetable will be centrifuged to the cavity at the circumferential wall of the cup body (5) when the blade (51) rotates and the juice is filtered. <IMAGE>
