PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic (hereinbelow referred to as P) product for inserting a shooting (hereinbelow referred to as S) member in the P material easily and inexpensively, and the P product. SOLUTION: The P product manufacturing method is composed of a first process for coating the mating surface of the P material A with a solvent or a solution prepared by dissolving 5-60 vol.% of the P material in the solvent and constituting a coated softened layer along with the mating surface softened by the coating, a second process for dissolving or cleaning the mating surface of a P material B comprising the same material as the P material by the solvent or the solution, a third process for superposing the surface of the P material B on the coated softened surface to press and bond the same to constitute a boundary layer, a fourth process for semicuring the boundary layer, a fifth process for inserting the S member heated to a predetermined temperature in the semicured boundary layer and a sixth process for further heating and pressing the boundary layer to fix the S member to the boundary layer.
