PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a rubber-coated body reduced in the irregularity of unit mass. SOLUTION: In passing at least one thread or cord through a rubber filling head (3) to form a coating layer to the thread or cord over the total length, a constant volume discharge device (2) is installed on the leading end part of an extruder (1) for extruding a rubber for use in coating to supply the extruded rubber by the extruder (1) to the rubber filling head (3) through the constant volume dischargve device (2).
