PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which a fault does not occur in an electrical circuit part even when water and dust penetrate from a vent port for suppressing the temperature rise of a secondary battery. SOLUTION: In the battery pack, a plurality of the secondary batteries 2 are respectively held in the state provided at a predetermined interval and in parallel adjacent to each other by a center frame 7, a bottom side frame 8 and a terminal side frame 6. The plurality of the secondary batteries 2 and a circuit substrate 3 are unified by mounting the circuit substrate 3 in the terminal side frame 6 by connecting in series the plurality of the secondary batteries 2.
