PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person inexperienced in three-dimensional CAD software to generate three-dimensional shapes by a short training. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional CAD system is provided with a three-dimensional shape generation function 1 and a navigation function 2 of displaying and navigating generation procedures of a three-dimensional shape on a display means 7. The navigation function 2 is provided with; a display function which has a window for navigating generation procedures of the three-dimensional shape and displays a page having generation procedures of the three-dimensional shape written therein, within the window; and a function which elicits the three-dimensional shape generation function and/or executes page switching in response to user's executing the generation procedures written in the page.
