PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage circuit capable of suppressing high frequency noise. SOLUTION: This reference voltage circuit has: a mirror circuit having PNP type bipolar transistors Q1, Q2; a PNP type bipolar transistor Q3 having an emitter applied with power voltage; an NPN type bipolar transistor Q4 having a collector connected to a collector of the PNP type bipolar transistor Q1; and an NPN type bipolar transistor Q5 having a collector connected to a collector of the PNP type bipolar transistor Q2. A base of the PNP type bipolar transistor Q3 is connected to a connection point of the collector of the PNP type bipolar transistor Q2 and the collector of the NPN type bipolar transistor Q5. A base of the NPN type bipolar transistor Q4, a base of the NPN type bipolar transistor Q5, and a collector of the PNP type bipolar transistor Q3 are connected.
