PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device having high heat efficiency and inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: The fixing device is equipped with a heating member for thermally fixing an image on a member to be fixed by coming into contact with the member to be fixed, and an induction heating means for performing the induction-heating of the heating member, and the induction heating means has a core member and a coil member wound around the core member, and further is equipped with a means for grounding the core member.
