PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nameplate with a whistle by integrating a nameplate and a whistle so that the nameplate can be always worn like a conventional nameplate, it is easily used on emergency, or a name display part can be easily attached and detached so as to avoid recognition or approach by a pervert/suspicious person to a schoolchild on a way to and from school. SOLUTION: A nameplate display board 1a and a whistle board 1b are integrated by lamination. The integrated nameplate has an attaching part where an attaching means to attach the nameplate to a human body is to be mounted; a sound room 6 where air is blown from an air feeding port 4 via an air passage 7; a mouthpiece 5 comprising an aperture formed between the air passage 7and the sound room 6; and an attaching/detaching part on the nameplate display board 1a and the surface board 8.
