<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which can automatically present a display depending on the situation even when there are a large number of video images. <P>SOLUTION: The management system 1 comprises point servers 31, 41 and 51 for determining the situation of respective points A to C based on sensor information from contact sensors on a microphone 35, a camera 36 and an electronic board screen with reference to a table for associating the sensor information with the situation of the points, and a central server 2 for selecting a video image being displayed on the display at each point A-C among a plurality of video images depending on the situation of the points determined by the point servers 31, 41 and 51. The point server 31 makes illumination of an illuminator 37 installed at point A bright when the video image of the point A is displayed on the displays 42-44 at point B depending on the display conditions of a display at each point.
