PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery of which resistance value is reduced by using anneal-treated lithium-cobalt complex oxide.

SOLUTION: On the manufacturing method of the annealed lithium-cobalt complex oxide used for an anode active substance of the lithium secondary battery, the annealed lithium-cobalt complex oxide is obtained by annealing it with a temperature of not lower than 250°C and not higher than 500°C without making the lithium-cobalt complex oxide contact with liquid, after obtaining the lithium-cobalt complex oxide by baking raw material.
