PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably attempt a conduction for grounding a board and a shield case and facilitate an attachment and detachment of the board to/from the shield case. SOLUTION: A shield case 4 is constituted of a case body 6 and a case cover 7. A plurality of pairs of support parts 10, 11 are provided which guide an insertion of a board 5 into the case body 6, support the board 5 after insertion and have conductivity and spring properties. The board 5 is provided with a grounding conductor which comes into contact with the supports 10, 11 in a state of being inserted into the case body 6, and the case cover 7 is provided with a press member 13 for pressing the rear end of the inserted board 5 in an insertion direction thereof, to the insertion direction elastically.
