PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely connect a bare wire terminal of an electric wire and a terminal fitting. SOLUTION: This is a connecting device of the electric wire end part of a terminal board in which an electric wire receiving recessed part is installed at the upper face of a receiving seat plate of the terminal fitting while an electric wire receiving recessed part is installed at the lower face of a presser seat plate of a tightening bolt, and in which a connecting electric wire terminal is pressed and pinched by the receiving seat plate and the presser seat plate.
