A health cycle with a generating function is provided to obtain sufficient amount of power to operate various electric devices with a simple action of rotating pedals and control exercising amount. The health bicycle with a generating function includes a frame(50), an accelerating pulley(40), a generating pulley(30), a magnetic ring(20) and a control portion(10). The pedal shaft of the frame(50) is shaft-coupled with a pedal pulley(52). The accelerating pulley(40) is connected to a pedal pulley(52) via a power transmission unit. Plural conductors(32) generating electromotive force are inserted into the generating pulley(30). One end of the magnetic ring(20) is fixed on the inner side of the case and the other end of the magnetic ring(20) encloses the generating pulley(30). The control portion(10) has an automatic power conversion device.
