DEVICE AND PACKAGE FOR ANALYZING SOLUTION COMPONENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A device and a package for analyzing a solution component and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to rapidly flow a solution to a reaction channel groove and to increase speed at which a solution is analyzed. A micro analyzing device includes a lower substrate(100) having a channel groove to allow a solution to flow to be mixed with each other and to allow light to transmit the mixed solution and an upper substrate(200) connected to the upper part of the lower substrate. The lower substrate of the micro analyzing device includes injection hole grooves for receiving a plurality of solutions to be injected, micro piezoelectric pumps connected to the injection hole grooves to pump the solutions, a reaction channel groove connected to the micro piezoelectric pumps to mix the solutions pumped by the micro piezoelectric pumps with each other and to make the mixed solutions react to each other, a measuring channel groove, a discharge hole groove for discharging the solutions transmitting the measuring channel groove, and optical fiber insertion grooves formed on both ends of the measuring channel groove formed thereon.
