A device for the endoscopic drainage and sanitation of the biliary ducts contains the tube with the distal openings and the lesser tube inside. The distal end of the lesser tube extends beyond the bigger one by 2-3 cm and is equipped with perforations. Distally, the device is equipped with the balloon containing the system for supplying the liquid or the air. The valve is located proximally.
