ANODE FABRICATING METHOD OF ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE AND ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE INCLUDING THE ANODE

A method for fabricating an anode of an organic light emitting device and an organic light emitting device manufactured thereby are provided to maximize a reflective rate and prevent deterioration of a light emitting characteristic by forming a multi-layered anode including a sacrificial layer. A method for fabricating an anode of an organic light emitting device includes the steps of: forming a multi-layered anode layer by forming a plurality of metalline electrode layers on a substrate(11) and forming a conductive sacrificial layer(12c) on the metallic electrode layer; forming an electrode pattern by patterning the multi-layered anode layer; exposing an electrode layer, formed beneath the sacrificial layer, by etching conductive sacrificial layer after forming the electrode pattern; and performing a surface treating process for enhancing surface characteristics of the exposed electrode layer.
