<p>PURPOSE:To provide a signal editing method which can eliminate the discontinuity of the signals and the fine coefficients of signals which are caused at the end point of a limited section by the magnification or reduction of signals. CONSTITUTION:The degree of magnification or reduction is defined as the output rate of the secondary delay which is set with input of the smaller distance of the start or end point of a relevant section. Therefore, the degree of magnification or reduction is small at a point slightly distant from the end point. Meanwhile, the secondary delay output is equal to '1' at a point distant enough from the end point and the ordinary magnification or reduction is carried out. Thus, it is possible to evade the discontinuity of signals and the fine coefficients of signals which are caused in a section to be magnified or reduced.</p> |
