摘要 An oxide removing device for welding a magnesium alloy is provided to prevent quality of a magnesium alloy product from being lowered by preventing deterioration of welding strength due to fast oxidizing power of the magnesium alloy and preventing distortion of a base metal. An oxide removing device for welding a magnesium alloy comprises: a welding nozzle(10) connected to a welding machine; and non-oxidation gas ejecting holes(20) that is in communication with a front end of the welding nozzle within the welding nozzle and communicates with a non-oxidation gas supply part of the outside at the same time, wherein a plurality of the non-oxidation gas ejecting holes are arranged in such a shape that encircles the circumference of a welding central part of the welding nozzle. The welding nozzle has an inclination part(12) formed on front ends of the non-oxidation gas ejecting holes thereof such that the inclination part extends to the outer side of the welding nozzle. The inclination part includes an outer inclination part(12a) formed in such a shape that the outer inclination part is opened from the welding central part of the welding nozzle to an outer side in the radius direction, and an inner inclination part(12b) formed in such a shape that the inner inclination part is opened from the front ends of the non-oxidation gas ejecting holes to an inner side in the radius direction oppositely to the outer inclination part. The welding nozzle has a ring-shaped non-oxidation gas inflow path(14a) formed in an inner upper part thereof, an arc welding rod(4) embedded in the central part thereof and projected to the front end of thereof, and an inner block(14b) formed in a lower side thereof.
