PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body cleaning sheet with which a water-based cleaning solution is uniformly and quickly applied to the skin without slipping a hand, even though the amount of the solution is little, and soil on the skin can be wiped out. SOLUTION: The body cleaning sheet 1 is prepared by impregnating the water-based cleaning solution into a sheet base material 2. In the body cleaning sheet, the sheet base material 2 has an area 3 for holding the water-based cleaning solution on one face, while on the other face, an anti-slip area 5 for suppressing slipping between the sheet 1 and the hand in using the sheet 1, and a slip angle in the anti-slip area 5 is≥12.5°.
