PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luffing jib device with a fly jib expanding a range enabling approach work in the jib front side during crane work, reducing the number of components and facilitating assembling and disassembling work. SOLUTION: The base end of the fly jib 2 is journaled to a tip part of the back face of a luffing jib 1 having a tip structure wherein the back face and front face of the jib are separated in the cross sectional direction. A swing prevention rope 5 is connected to the tip of the front face and the tip part of the fly jib 2, and the jib front face has no projecting part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
