PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device for agricultural and livestock products capable of transferring agricultural and livestock products of various sizes such as large, middle and small sizes in the optimal state and of guiding the agricultural and livestock products to a next process in the stable state. SOLUTION: An oscillation arm 6 having a tip part to which a cam follower 7 is fixed is provided in one end part of a rod 1 mounted with a blade member 13, and a groove cam 8 having ends and forming a predetermined geometric curve is provided inside one sprocket 2b in the inlet side of an endless conveyor 2. By sliding the cam follower 7 along a track of the groove cam 8, a gradient angle of the blade member 3 is changed around a central axis of the rod 1, and by delaying the circumferential movement of the tip part of the blade member 3, the agricultural and livestock products are received.
