A change management server, a change management system including the server and a change management method are provided to accumulate change in the change management server such that a user uses the accumulated change to pay charges for purchased commodities. A change management server includes an authentication unit for authenticating personal identification information received from a terminal, a personal account manager for accumulating change in a change account of a user authenticated by the authentication unit and managing the accumulated change, and a controller for communicating with the terminal about change of a user who is currently authenticated by the authentication unit and processing the change according to the communication result. |
