PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a viewer to select and view images imaged by a plurality of TV cameras at the same time. SOLUTION: After respective images imaged by a plurality of TV cameras 2 at the same time are compressed and encoded by imparting identification data to them, a digital broadcast signal obtained by multiplexing it is received by a reception means 41; and, when a television channel corresponding to the digital broadcast signal is selected by a channel selection means, an image desired by a viewer is displayed on a display 45 based on the identification data by selection input of the viewer.
