A hermetic compressor is provided to improve product reliability by preventing damage to a cover member made of plastic material through an anti-contacting part of a coil spring supporting the interval of a floor of a sealed container and a frame. A hermetic compressor comprises: a sealed container(10) forming into an exterior; a frame(40); a coil spring(70); a top boss(41); and a bottom boss(80). In the frame, a compressing unit compressing refrigerant and a drive unit providing the compression driving power of the refrigerant are installed. The coil spring elastically supports the interval of the frame and the floor of the sealed container. The top boss fixes the top of the coil spring. The bottom boss comprises: a fixing member(81) fixing the lower part of the coil spring; and a cover member preventing the contact between the fixing member and the coil spring. The cover member is installed in the fixing member. The coil spring comprises an anti-contacting part(82).
