PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, when measuring a system voltage of a distribution line, measurement of a secondary side (a transmission voltage) can be executed by an automatic voltage regulator (an SVR) installed in a system, however, a primary side (an arrival voltage) of the SVR cannot be measured, therefore, a voltage measuring device to be additionally mounted to the primary side (the power supply side) so as to measure a primary-side voltage by the voltage measuring device.
SOLUTION: A primary-side voltage value is calculated on the basis of a transformer ratio, calculated from the number of taps detected from an operating state of taps of an SVR and a secondary-side voltage value measured by the SVR for recording. A margin of a tap value is confirmed from a SVR tap value recorded during a measurement period.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
