摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an error amplifier circuit with a simple configuration for restricting a lower limit of an output voltage. SOLUTION: Constant current is supplied from a bias stage 110 to the source of PMOSFET M3(124) and PMOSFET M4(125) of a differntial stage 120. NMOSFET M5A (128) and NMOSFET M6A(129), which are connected to the drain of PMOSFET M3(124) and PMOSFET M4(125), constitute a first current mirror circuit. Moreover, NMOSFET M5(126) and NMOSFET M6(127), which are connected to the source of NMOSFET M5A(128) and NMOSFET M6A(129), constitute a second mirror circuit. NMOSFET M6(127) in diode connection, and NMOSFET M6A(129) to be cascade-connected to the NMOSFET M6(127) constitute an active load so that a signal is outputted from the drain of the NMOSFET M6A(129) to an output edge 123.
